About Us

My Alpha-Gal journey began in the Spring of 2025. After my symptoms caused a forced resignation, I found myself in a deep depression for most of the year. Mammal derivatives hide in almost everything! Grocery Shopping became a challenge and my love for cooking and creating in the kitchen was gone. I was literally surviving on pea protein shakes, fueled by fear, and did not leave my bedroom for several weeks. This entire experience made me realize the urgent need for Alpha-Gal awareness in our communities; too many people simply don't understand it. I created these graphics because awareness is vital, and the ability to laugh is what helps pull us out of the darkness. YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
